Trifest Skegness is two weeks away, Friday 19th – Monday 22nd October, live entertainment every night, Saturday ride out, Train ride (if you book a ticket) to the Batemans Brewery in Wainfleet on the Sunday and a lot of people wearing Triumph tee-shirts. Event information will be available when checking in.
The Saturday Ride out: The International Bomber Command Centre is our target on Saturday 20th Oct, Using our Triumphs or whatever mode of Transport you have.
Please see Pippa or Paul (TOMCC Events) on the Friday evening to pay and sign up for a group price for the Exhibition on site (£6.50 pp rather than the standard adult price of £8.20) note, main site is a free to enter. Bike parking is free, car parking is £3.00 pay at machine.
Saturday 20th we will leave fuelled up at 10.30am from Skegness to Market Rasen for a hot coffee or tea, before arriving via a good motorcycling route to the IBCC at Canwick Hill. Arriving for 1pm we have 2 hrs to look around, pay our respects and learn a little about the lives of young service personnel fighting a war as a country, we couldn't lose.
It has a full Cafe on site and a great exhibition / shop to browse. After visiting we depart for a quick splash n dash if needed ( total ride is 106 miles) before heading east via Horncastle to Skegness. This is a new visitor centre to visit- great location and even if it costs a few quid on the day, it’s a bargain and all monies are ploughed back in to it.
All riders will be given route instructions and although we have a last man drop off system in place with Hi-Viz riders, you are of course free to make your own route at your own pace.
