Free CBTs offered to UK Motorcycle Learners

Are you keen to be riding a Triumph, but think the cost of passing your test is a bit high? Well if you are aged 16 to 24 then this scheme could provide some help towards the costs of passing your test. RideFree have teamed up with selected local motorcycle training schools and all they want in return is for you to complete a survey.

The project has been approved by the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency, so at the end of the training you will receive the correct certification and will be legally entitled to ride on the road. They have teamed up with local motorcycle training schools in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk to offer an enhanced CBT, free of charge to riders aged 16-24 in the region. That’s a saving of around £90!

What they are getting out of this is your answers to a number of questions throughout the training process. This is not about getting personal data, but about the way the CBT training and test is delivered. The answers will be used to improve the way the motorcycle training is delivered in future so your answers will help new motorcyclists in the future. You will need to provide a £25 deposit, but that will be returned when you have answered all the questions.

If you are 16 to 24 and can make it to one of the areas to attend a course, then it might be worth getting in touch with them.
