Sprint ST 955i
(1998 - 2004)

This is a very capable machine, whether it is being ridden around back roads or mile munching across the continent.

Sprint ST 955i

It is just as happy with a pillion and luggage, and though the Triumph top box was a little flimsy you could get two crash helmets into it.

It was available in the colours Aston Green, Aluminium Silver, Caspian Blue, Tornado Red, Sapphire Blue, British Racing Green.

The engine was retuned with the 2002 model pushing power up from 108 to 118bhp.

It was phased out in 2004 in favour of the new Sprint ST 1050 model.

I used to own one of these, and I can't rate it highly enough. An excellent machine for touring.

Had one of these for seven years, brilliant engine, plenty of mid range torque, personally think it is a better engine than the 1050 Sprint. all in all a great Bike Dave Bolton 07/08/12
