19B & W visit PPH Open Day
For those who may not have heard our friend John Young and Sonia are holding their last fund raising open day for 2024 on Saturday 19th October from 11.00 a.m. If you've not been to John's before it really is worth the trouble at least once and especially if you've any sort of interest in the British triples, or the racing and production history of the Triumph Tridents and Hurricane, or the BSA Rocket IIIs. There's always something there you've not seen before, always something noisy, either with or without flames, and there's always something hot to eat and drink. Of course there is also always the collection bucket to show your appreciation for their generous hospitality. John & Sonia pay for everything out of their own pockets, so every penny that gets put in the bucket goes to the Acorns Trust to help run the Acorns Children's Hospices. There will be bikes of every make, shape, and size, so don't worry if you don't want to risk your pride and joy out in the October showers. There are sure to be a few cars there too. Anyone who fancies a visit, but needs a hand finding the location just get in touch with me, or ask at 44 club as someone there is bound to have been before.

Christmas Jumpers are a must!!! Followed by a fantastic buffet. Come and raise a toast to your fellow members ready for Christmas!!

Penkridge Sports and Recreation Centre, Pinfold Lane, Penkridge, Stafford ST19 5QP, UK Weekend Rally Tickets are £25. Day Tickets are £15. In advance or on the gate. Tickets will be emailed to purchaser to either print at home or scan on smart phone. If you don’t have a printer or smart phone let me know I can supply a printed ticket. It's the 40th Thunderbird Rally let's make it a good one!! Ticket price includes free camping on Friday and Saturday nights, free tea and coffee all weekend, Rally Badge with first 125 Tickets only. There will be a Saturday Ride-Out and lunch, afternoon concours on site, Saturday evening Hog Roast, Music on Friday and Saturday nights, and more.
