Following a rather lengthy abscence from the North East, Triumph are set to announce a new dealership based on Plummer Street in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. The new store promises to hold the full range of Triumph motorcycles, accessories, and clothing.
The store will be run by Newcastle Motorcycles who have over 35 years of supplying customers with excellent service in the North East of England and are reported to be very excited about unveiling their new Triumph showroom. Although the official opening day is in May and Triumph haven't officially announced the news yet, the business is already trading and taking orders on iconic modern classic machines such as the Street Twin, Bonneville T120, Speed Triple, Tiger Explorer, Tiger Sport and Thruxton.
Craig Smith of Newcastle Motorcycles has commented that they "are thrilled to represent such an iconic brand in the North East. With the motorcycle industry thriving at the moment, we hope the new showroom will be able to attract additional customers to Triumph, as well as welcoming existing Triumph riders and fans."
Though this is a dedicated Triumph store, it is only planned to be an interim location. Newcastle Motorcycles are reported to be seeking suitable promises for a long-term tenure adding further confidence to the dealership. That said, it will still be a proper Triumph store giving the typical Triumph experience to all customers. The new Triumph branding will be present throughout and there will be more of a high-street fashion boutique look and feel to the place allowing customers to choose the right clothing and accessories for their motorcycle.
Triumph have released a total of 10 new models this year, and are putting a lot of effort behind making them a success. Triumph Newcastle will be one of the leading stores in providing a unique Triumph experience and making sure all Triumph Owners have everything they need for the ride.
