It is on the 7th April at the Village Hall in Ashby Folville. This is being organised by the Leicestershire branch this year so we're up in Leicestershire, and only a short walk from the Leicester branch meeting place - the Carington Arms. This event is only open to TOMCC Members on production of a Membership Card.
The Village Hall has no parking facilities, but parking will be available at the Carington Arms which is a very short walk up the road. That is also where we will be having lunch.
The meeting will start at 11am prompt, and booking in will commence at 10am.
All Propositions and Nominations must reach the Club's General Secretary (Jan Talbot) no later than the 3rd February. All Propositions must be signed by the proposer and a seconder both of whom must be Club Members). All Nominations must have a proposer and seconder who are not the person being nominated. We will also be voting to accept Directors for the new C.I.C. company.
