On Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd April, Triumph Glasgow hosted TFEST, a festival of all things Triumph. The TOMCC Glasgow branch were in attendance with their own stand showcasing their members incredible bikes, exchanging some friendly banter, talking all things Triumph, and publicising their many up-coming runs and events.
The weekend was geared up with a custom and classic bike show, special offers, competitions, workshop tours, the chance to win a custom motorcycle, owners club attendance, test rides and new arrivals from the fantastic 2018 range, which included the critically acclaimed Bonneville Bobber Black, Bonneville Speedmaster, Tiger 800 and Tiger 1200.
Triumph Glasgow also called for riders throughout Scotland to uncover their classic bikes and get polishing their custom machines to bring along for TFest and to become part of the show. All make and models of motorcycles were welcomed and the glorious sunshine on Saturday brought out accessory enthusiasts and vintage owners alike. With everything from Triumph ’63 automatic scooters to brand new leather-clad Street Scramblers - there was something on show for everyone.
Voting for the Best Classic and Best Custom Motorcycle is ongoing until Sunday 29th April so head to the Triumph Glasgow Facebook page to share the bike you vote for.
Managing Director, Martin Rees provided visitors with behind-the-scenes, full workshop tours of the £150,000 service centre and gave customers an insight into the business. Rees commented "What a great weekend! It’s so satisfying being able to host a weekend-long party for our customers and visitors. Being able to show the public around our workshop, getting to see all their classic bikes, spend time with our owners club and give back to the motorcycling community with special offers - it’s such a fun environment to be in. TFest isn’t just for Triumph enthusiasts, it’s a festival to celebrate all things iconic in the motorcycling lifestyle, which we definitely did!"
Triumph Glasgow also had the stunning new Speed Triple on display, the latest generation of Triumph’s modern motorcycle icon. Now with more power, more technology and more attitude than ever, it’s the most advanced and sophisticated Speed Triple ever built. Along with the latest Triumph range, Triumph Glasgow were offering 25% off selected clothing, 15% off parts and accessories and special offers across their fantastic range of used motorcycles during TFest. Low rate finance and £500 contribution offers on new 2018 model Triumph motorcycles were also highlighted during this open weekend and will continue until 30th June.
