26th February 2023 at the Heart of England Social Club, Berkswell Road, Meriden. Following the publication in Nacelle of the proposal "PROTECTING THE FUTURE OF THE TOMCC" the Club Committee have decided to ask for approval of the above proposal at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the TOMCC.
The meeting will be open to all Members of the TOMCC. The proposal was published in the November 2022 edition of Nacelle which can be read online after signing into this website, as can the discussion on the Club Forum.
This EGM will follow the same practice that we have for our Annual General Meetings. Registration will commence at 10.00am with the meeting to start at 11.00am. All attending Members will be required to present their current membership card to gain entry to the meeting.
This EGM will be on 26th February at the Heart of England Social Club, Berkswell Road, Meriden, CV7 7LB. A light buffet and refreshments will be provided.
Please note that this is not an AGM and the aforementioned proposal is the sole item on the agenda.
