Triumph dealerships in England/Wales have closed their doors to their showrooms and parts/accessory/clothing shops, but they are largely still accepting MoT, Servicing, and Repairs by appointment and are accepting orders for delivery through their websites or over the phone. Read on for other parts of the UK.
There are some differences across dealerships so you should contact them by phone or email if you are not sure of the situation. At least one dealer is accepting servicing and repairs for key workers only and a number are not providing loan bikes through the restrictions. Triumph have set up an online help request form for anyone who wants to find out about the status of an order, to discuss a bike of interest, or plan a future Triumph Test Ride.
Dealers in Scotland are still open at the moment due to all three of them being in areas with no higher than level 3. Please make sure you wear a mask and keep socially distant whenever you visit their premises.
The dealer in Northern Ireland (Philip McCallen) is also open for business.
The two dealers in Wales are currently also closed to all customers. Bevans is not currently accepting servicing or other workshop services but both are accepting orders for delivery over the phone. They will be opening their doors after the Welsh firebreak finishes on Monday 9th November.
