We already knew that the base 765cc model Street Triple S was available from £8,000, but now Triumph have announced the prices for the other models. The 660cc Street Triple A2 Licence version is the cheapest at £7,700 which should encourage a lot of younger riders.
The next model in line is the Street Triple R - the 'race' version I guess you'd call it. That includes all the lovely extras such as the TFT dashboard, assist and slip clutch, Brembos, and more power. That's going on sale starting from £8,900.
The other model is the full-power Street Triple RS - race sports or do the letters actually mean nothing? Anyway that has more power over the R, better Brembos, Showa Big Piston forks, Ohlins rear, and a quickshifter. That's going on sale starting from £9,900.
Accessories are obviously extra, but one thing that Triumph have taken from the car world is that you also have to pay extra for some of the paint options. The Street Triple S in Diablo Red is £8,000 but if you want it in Phantom Black then that adds £125 on to the price - same goes for the Street Triple R if you want it in Crystal White or Aluminium Silver. However paint options are included in the price of the Street Triple RS.
