It has been announced today (5th December 2017) that Triumph Birmingham will be closing their doors at the end of the year. Triumph UK can confirm it will not be renewing its contract with Triumph Birmingham by mutual agreement and as a result the site will close at the end of December 2017. Going forward, Triumph will be represented by two East and West facilities and will seek new premises and partners in the region to maintain customer support. All existing warranties will still be valid across the Triumph dealer network.
Owner, Chris Booth, commented:
"I would like to thank all the staff at Triumph Birmingham and the team at Triumph for their support over the years. We’ve been unable to secure alternative premises following the expiry of our current tenancy arrangements and have made the difficult decision to discontinue trading in the Midlands and will be concentrating on our interests in the North West. I have enjoyed working with Triumph and the team in Birmingham and would like to reassure customers that it is business as usual until the end of the year."
As Triumph restructures in the area, further announcements will be made with regards to new partners and locations. Triumph UK would like to thank the team at Triumph Birmingham for their support over the previous ten years and wish them all the best for the future.
Triumph Birmingham was a Flagship Store for Triumph and their various events were always well attended not just by the local TOMCC Branch. The dealership will be sorely missed.
