We are hopeful that this event will be going ahead, but of course it will depend on the COVID situation in the UK. Keep watching out for any updates. In the mean time there are only limited places available - one caravan, four services pitches, and six un-serviced pitches - so get in quick if you want to attend.
Friday will see hot food available from 5:30pm to 9:00pm. Ian's disco will be running form 8pm until late.
There are three runs planned for the weekend. The routes are available from reception table. Members can take their choice of run and also whether to take a run on Saturday or Sunday.
On Saturday the breakfast will be available from 08.30 to 09.30. Runs as above. Hot food available from the bar 12.00 mid day until 9.00pm. Breakfast must be pre booked on Fri at reception. Evening meal 6.30pm for 7.00pm start. For those not having dinner food will still be available at the bar.
Saturday Disco from 8.00pm. Live band Triple JD 8.30pm to 9.30pm. Disco 9.30pm to 10.00pm. Another live band 10.00pm to 11.00pm. Disco 11.00pm till late.
On Sunday the breakfast will be available from 08.30 to 09.30. Hot food at bar 12..00 mid day to 9.00pm.
At 10.30 on Sunday is the Concours on the front lawn, group photo and presentation of awards. Lunch will be available from 12.30 to 2.00pm. Evening meals available from the bar.
Sunday Evening from 7.00pm, Quiz hosted by D.J. Ian followed by Ian’s disco.
Monday; Breakfast available from 08.30 to 09.30am.
Please note only drinks purchased on site to be consumed within the building. Anyone bringing their own drinks into the entertainment complex will be requested to leave site.
Anyone requiring breakfast must obtain voucher from reception when booking in.
As usual the swimming pool will be available at times obtained from reception.
