Voting has closed on the Bonneville Build-Off 2020
We won't have too long to wait to find out which of the bikes has won the hearts of those who appreciate a good custom machine and is awarded the Overall Winner. There are other awards up for grabs though and four judges will be deciding these awards from the nine machines that have been entered.
UK Bonneville Build-Off Voting
Don't forget that you can still vote for your favourite Bonneville Custom as built by various Triumph dealers around the UK. The bikes will be on display at the Factory Visitor Experience from the 21st October until the 1st November - though you will have to book (and pay) to get into the exhibition.
Triumph 750 Twin Dual Seat - 15% off
In October, but you better be quick as there are only a couple of them. Draganfly have managed to find a couple of these dropside black dual 750 seats (1978 with the 3.6 gallon tank) for export models tucked away at the back of their rather large attic. They will be just £132 (plus VAT) to the lucky buyers.
Club Member with Early Trident 900 or 750 Wanted by Triumph
For a day's photo shoot. Triumph were looking for a Club Member with an early Trident 900 or 750 who was willing to loan their pride and joy to the Factory for a day so that Triumph could take pictures of it. The pictures will be used in the launch of the new Trident. Someone has now been chosen.

TOMCC Hold Virtual AGM
The TOMCC have finally held their postponed 71st (2020) AGM - though with the Coronavirus restrictions in place it had to be held virtually using the Zoom video conference platform. Whereas the committee positions had been in a bit of transition, the AGM made the take-up of the various positions official. All positions are now filled.
Triumph reveal new Trident prototype
At a press launch event at the Design Museum in London, Triumph revealed a very stark prototype of their forthcoming A2 Licence compatible middleweight roadster. This will be the first Trident since the 900 and 750cc machines ceased production in 1998 and is slated to be available in dealers from Spring 2021.
New UK Branch forming in Shropshire
It already has enough support and will be holding its first meeting next month. Since it has been possible to go back to pubs, albeit with social distancing, some branches have been able to start holding meetings again. This has allowed the proposed Shropshire branch to organise its first meeting.
Donations needed for Falklands War Hero's Lifetime Ambition
Falklands veteran Simon Weston hopes to realise a lifetime’s ambition to ride a motorcycle, thanks to a campaign being launched by industry veteran, record-breaking rider, and TOMCC Patron Norman Hyde. Donations are required to help build a Triumph powered Trike for Simon to realise his ambition.
