ACU and AMCA plan return to Motorcycle Sport
The ACU, in partnership with the ACMA, have decided that a phased return to sporting events will commence in parallel with the UK Government's Step Three. This will coincide with the reopening of all remaining business, public places and leisure facilities which have been required to close during the crisis.
UK Government Supporting Motorcycle Use
The Secretary of State for Transport, Grant Shapps, has recognised motorcycles as an important form of transport. In response to a question by Julian Lewis - a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Motorcycling - Mr Shapps agreed that motorbikes play a key role in delivering billions of commuting miles in the country.

Necktubes Sold Out - Back Mid-June
Following on from the update yesterday that referenced the TOMCC's branded necktubes, we have now been informed that they have already sold-out! Such was the demand and we didn't forsee that happening! The necktubes will be available to order again from mid-June - drop Colin at Redline a message for more info.
An Update from the TOMCC
Following the televised announcement on Sunday and the publishing of more detailed guidelines on Monday and the clarification of aspects to various organisations by the UK Government, the TOMCC are also updating their response to the measures in the UK that will be in place from Wednesday.
EHAAT Harwich Run Still On - Hopefully
In what could be one of the first events happening after the Lockdown, EHAAT have confirmed their desire to run the Harwich event. The Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Events Team wanted to reach out to say thank you so much for your past, present and hopefully future support – it’s always very much appreciated.
Triumph Release Short Daytona Video
The Legendary Daytona Story is the current exhibition at the Triumph Visitor Factory Experience. It's not possible to visit the exhibition at the moment due to the current Coronavirus measures in place, so Triumph released a short video on Instagram and YouTube with Stuart Wood (Daytona Chief Engineer) showing us the models on display.
Triumph Recall for Brembo Brake Pads in the USA
Triumph America have issued a recall for a range of motorcycles to replace the Front Brembo Brake Pads in case they fail. Triumph America should be informing owners of affected machines in due course and will arrange to have the brake pads replaced for free. A potential 3691 motorcycles are affected.
Three Cross Motorcycles goes into Administration
After restructuring, re-financing, and with full order books for 2020, the Triumph dealer Three Cross Motorcycles have unfortunately had to go into administration due to the extra financial pressures caused by the Coronavirus situation in the UK. It is possible that the dealership could be rescued, we'll keep you posted.
