TOMCC Merchandise Temporary Closure

Redline Clothing provide the TOMCC with its Merchandise and run the online store on behalf of the TOMCC. Unfortunately, due to the current UK Government Restrictions it is no longer possible for Redline Clothing to continue operating and so they have ceased operations until the Restrictions are lifted.

An Update from the TOMCC

It’s fair to say that these are unprecedented and uncertain times. Unheard of social restrictions have been put in place to keep everyone safe and this has come at the cost of enjoying our hobby. Still, the restrictions are necessary and we hope that all of our Members will survive the isolation to ride again once the situation comes to an end.

Trifest Somerset Rescheduled for Next Year

Following consultation with St. Audries Holiday Park, it has been decided to cancel Trifest Somerset for 2020 and move it to the same bank-holiday weekend in 2021. If you have booked for 2020 then you will be able to carry that forward to 2021 or get a refund if you get in touch with St Audries directly.

Following on from today's advice from the UK Government and queries from several members, we regrettably feel that we have no alternative other than to postpone the Club's AGM until further notice. We will update members as soon as possible regarding nominations and propositions which were included in this years agenda.

E10 Petrol - Have Your Say

The UK Government are proposing to introduce unleaded petrol with up to 10% Ethanol content. Currently only up to 5% is mandatory but that is all set to change as the Government are pushing forward with a scheme to raise this to 10% in a bid to cut emissions and they are asking for your input into the scheme.

Tiger 900 Demo Bikes in Dealerships

UK dealerships have received their quota of Tiger 900 GT and Rally demo bikes ready for the preview evening. All they have to do is to take them out of their crates, do some final assembly, and PDI them then you can take them for a spin and find out which one you are going to put a deposit down on.

Andover Norton have taken over selling Classic Triumph parts from their sister company, NVT Motorcycles (in Germany). They currently ship Norton (as the name implies) parts all over the world and pride themselves on their 40 years service, now they are also adding Triumph parts to that excellent worldwide service.

The End of Free Motorcycle Parking

You will soon need to pay for a parking permit if you want to park your motorcycle in the London borough of Hackney. The borough will be starting a consultation period on the 24th February on a proposal to introduce parking permits for motorcycles that park in the borough and want your feedback on their idea!

Mk1 Speed Triple Bike Reunion

Calling all Mk1 Speed Triple owners. Your presence at Mallory Park for the Festival of 1000 Bikes is required. The Mk1 Speed Triple Owners Club is attempting to get as many of the Speed Triple Challenge machines from 1994 together as possible, with some taking to the track along with other Mk1 Speed Triples.
